Adult Cycle Training & Family Sessions
We offer free cycle sessions for everyone who lives, works or studies in Newham; for individuals who want to learn to ride a bike or just improve their skills on the road.
We also provide training for groups of adults or family training sessions.
All our cycle training sessions are free of charge and follow the three levels of the national standard, known as Bikeability. Our qualified cycle instructors offer tailored training at a level suited to your needs

Children’s Group Cycle Training
Schools can arrange Bikeability courses for their students if they are participating in the Transport for London Travel for Life programme.
