Information about Child Performance Licence Exemption Request
Licence Exemption requests are only for a child who:
- Will not be absent from school during the performance.
- Will not receive payment in respect of the performance they are taking part in, other than expenses.
- Has not performed on more than three days in the last six months.
Note: To complete this form, you will need the:
- The performance schedule,
- Chaperone details and their licence,
- Performance risk assessment,
- Child protection policy (if you have one).
