The lawful basis for processing your data

The lawful basis we use to process your data as set out in UK data protection legislation are:

  • Article 6 (1) (a) Consent: you will have given clear consent for us to process your personal data for this purpose
  • Article 6 (1) (e) Public task: the processing is necessary for us to perform a task in the public interest or for our official functions, and the task or function has a clear basis in law.
  • Article 9 (2) (g) Reasons of substantial public interest (with a basis in law)
  • Article 10  Processing of personal data relating to criminal convictions and offences, or related security measures based on Article 6 (1) shall be carried out only under the control of official authority - in this case to deliver services to supported families - providing for appropriate safeguards for the rights and freedoms of data subjects.

We will only process personal data where we have consent to do so and you can withdraw your consent at any time.
