Responding to your request
We will respond to your request within 20 working days. If there is likely to be a delay, we will tell you.
We will respond as far as possible in the way that you wish us to, for example, by post, email or pre-arranged personal collection.
We can refuse to give you the information you request if:
- The cost of providing the information exceeds £450
- We do not hold the information you are looking for
- The information is exempt from disclosure under the Act
- Your request is considered vexatious or repeated.
