All autistic adults are entitled to a social care assessment if they have a formal diagnosis.
Request a social care assessment
If you do not have a diagnosis yet, you can:
- Refer yourself to the Newham Diagnostic Service for an autism assessment.
- Ask a health professional (for example, your GP) to make the referral for you.
