Plashet Park has been enjoyed by local people for over 120 years and this history is celebrated in the features and activities happening in the park today.

Alongside a range of sports facilities including cricket, tennis and bowling, the park benefits from large areas of open space and a newly refurbished café. Interpretation boards help park visitors learn about the heritage of the park, and an exciting activity programme is supporting the local community to enjoy Plashet Park on many levels. These include activities for young children such as the Little Grubs environmental project, volunteer gardening for adults, and healthy living sessions such as Walking Yoga, Tai Chi, and Bowling for Beginners.

And if you have a great idea to start something new for people to do, Plashet Park might just be an excellent place to give it a go! Simply speak to the park's team by emailing cn.manorpark@newham.gov.uk
