Estate walkabouts are regular inspections involving residents and housing staff to identify issues and improve local neighbourhoods.
Inspections may include:
- Housing Liaison Officers
- estate maintenance teams
- caretaking services
- Resident Involvement Coordinators
Residents are encouraged to take part and share their local knowledge.
We aim to carry out one or two inspections each month and resolve issues wherever possible within six weeks.
