Other local activities
There are many other ways to stay connected with your community.
These include gardening groups and knit-and-natter groups, organised by our residents, the Council, or the voluntary, community and faith sector. Your local Housing Champion or resident group may direct interested residents to these activities or groups.
Residents do not need the Council’s agreement to set up any of these local activities, but we ask that you let us know when you do so, so that we can direct other residents to join. Just email us at getinvolved.housing@newham.gov.uk.
