Newham library services

There are ten libraries across Newham, each offering a range of services and community activities. As well as a fantastic selection of books and other reading material of course.

Many of our libraries have a busy schedule of regular activities to suit all ages and tastes, from parent and toddler sessions, reading groups and chess to knitting, over 50s club and gentle exercise.

Find your local library

All our libraries provide residents with a great selection of books, activities and support. On our dedicated library website you can find your nearest library and join online.

Book a PC to use at your local library

Our libraries offer a range of online learning tools, including Driving Theory Test practice, language learning resources and British Citizenship test practice.

You can book a PC to use for any of these, or for anything else you need to do, such as writing letters, or just browsing the internet.

You can book a PC via our Libraries website
