Developer Contribution Services
The Council provides a range of services to support the effective administration, modification, and implementation of Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) and Section 106 planning obligations.
These services include:
• confirming the status of development in relation to CIL
• confirming compliance with existing Section 106 obligations
• assessing and determining CIL relief and exemption claims, including social housing relief
• reviewing and determining applications to modify Section 106 agreements
• providing fast-track and enhanced services where expedited assessment is required
• supporting the monitoring and delivery of planning obligations linked to development
The services are designed to provide clarity, certainty, and transparency at key stages of development and delivery. They also support timely progression where CIL or S106 obligations are a critical factor.
