Report a missed bin collection
Before reporting a missed collection:
- If your whole street has been missed you do not need to report this to us, we will be back the next working day to collect.
- If you believe only your bins have been missed, report the missed collection the following day from 10am until 10pm.
- Please read the following before submitting your report:
Residents who live in houses and houses split into flats
The bin collection service for residents who live in houses and houses split into flats has changed.
- Bin was presented at the edge of the property by 6am
- Bin contained the right items
- Bin lid was shut
- All waste was in the bin
- Bins were not too heavy and did not contain dangerous items
- It was the correct collection day
- Only your bin was missed
If you can answer YES to all the above then please follow the link below to report a missed collection.
If you answered NO please ensure that your bin is presented next week in the correct way.
Residents who live in flats or estates with communal bins
If you live in a block with communal bins, you can put your waste or recycling into the bins at any time.
Before reporting a missed collection, please check the below:
- Bins contained the right items
- All waste was in the bin
- Bins were not too heavy and did not contain dangerous items
If you can answer YES to all the above then please follow the link below to report a missed collection.
