Write to the chair of governors
If you are not satisfied with the school’s response you should first write to the chair of the school’s governors. You should be able to find the name and address of the chair of governors on the school’s website or you can ask the school.
Make a complaint
If you are not satisfied with the response from the chair of governors you should make a complaint using our school complaints procedure.
