The Council is committed to conducting procurement activity in a fair, transparent, and accessible manner, providing opportunities for businesses of all sizes to compete for contracts to deliver goods, services and works.

Current Tender Opportunities

The Council publishes its procurement opportunities through Delta eSourcing, its dedicated electronic tendering portal.

Suppliers interested in working with the Council are encouraged to register on Delta eSourcing to:

View current tender opportunities
Express interest in procurement exercises
Access procurement documentation
Submit bids electronically
Receive notifications of relevant opportunities

Find a Tender Service (FTS)

The Find a Tender Service (FTS) is the UK Government's public procurement notice service and provides information on higher-value public sector contract opportunities.

FTS enables suppliers to:

Search for contract opportunities across the public sector
Register supplier details
Access procurement notices and contract award information
Monitor opportunities relevant to their business

Contracts Finder

Contracts Finder allows suppliers to search for public sector contract opportunities and awarded contracts.

Through Contracts Finder, you can:

Search for contract opportunities across different sectors
View upcoming procurement opportunities
Access information on previous tenders and contract awards
Identify opportunities with local and national public sector organisations

Annual Forward Procurement Plan

The Council publishes an Annual Forward Procurement Plan to help suppliers understand what procurement opportunities may be coming up.

The plan lists potential future procurement exercises and their expected timescales, helping suppliers plan ahead.

Supplier Registration

To participate in Council procurement opportunities, suppliers should register on the Delta eSourcing portal.

Where a supplier is successful in securing a contract with the Council, a link will be provided to register on the Council's Fusion Supplier Portal as part of the contract award and onboarding process.
