Tender opportunities
The Procurement Act 2023 came into force on the 24th February’ 25 and for the foreseeable future, the Council will be utilising two systems to publish their procurement opportunities.
All opportunities for purchases via an existing Framework or DPS with an expiry date in the future, will be published via Oracle Fusion.
From June 2025, any new opportunities published and not purchased via an existing Framework or DPS, will be published via the councils Delta System

Find a Tender Service (FTS)
Information on public sector contract opportunities over £139,688 in the UK is published on the Find a Tender Service.
Find a Tender Service (FTS) on the gov.uk website
FTS is free to use and allows:
- Contracting authorities to register as a buyer and publish notices about their contracts.
- A supplier to bid for contracts, once they have registered and provided their supplier details.

Contract Finder
Contracts Finder lets you search for information about contracts worth over £12,000 inclusive of VAT, with the government and its agencies.
You can use Contracts Finder to:
- search for contract opportunities in different sectors
- find out what’s coming up in the future
- look up details of previous tenders and contracts

Annual Procurement Plan
We are working to develop an Annual Procurement plan which will let potential suppliers know estimate timelines of future procurement activities. This will be published via the Central Digital Platform
