Manage your claim online

If your housing benefit claim is in payment, you can manage your claim online. Once logged in you can:

  • Check your claim details
  • View your housing benefit entitlement
  • Check your payments
  • View notification letters

You also have the option of registering for online letters. Once registered you will receive an email prompt every time new letters are ready to view.

Log in to manage your claim

You will need the following information to log into this service:
  • Surname (Make sure you use the same name and spelling you used when submitting your claim)
  • Date of birth
  • National insurance number
  • Postcode
  • Claim reference (your reference is a 8 digit number that starts with a 7)
  • An active email address if you want to register for notification letters
