Manage your claim online
You can register to view your Housing Benefit details on-line. Which will allow you to see your claim details, how your award was calculated and any payments made.
You can also register to view your letters and an email notification when new letters are ready for you to view.
Please note: you can only access your claim online if your Housing Benefit claim is currently in payment.
This service is available from 8am to 8pm.
To keep your data secure you will need the following information to hand to access the portal. Your
- Surname (Make sure you use the same name and spelling you used when submitting your claim)
- Date of birth
- National insurance number
- Claim reference (your reference is a 8 digit number that starts with a 7)
You can also register for an email notification to be sent to you when new letters are ready for you to view. In addition to the information above we will also need your first name and an email address to send the notification.
