Autumn 2020 activity programme (PDF)

Autumn Activities - our half term holiday Autumn Activities programme is packed with indoor, outdoor, and online activities for young people of all ages. Join sports (football, netball, basketball and more), creative activities (art, crafts, cooking, dance, music production and more), and find out what is happening at your youth zones and in Libraries.

Be active, be involved enjoy half term – you deserve it.

Creative content and a digital lending library for 5-12 year olds interesting in exploring the future of flight and power.  The content is readily available and includes some really engaging short: How to films and Resources.

Institute of Imagination 

Free family resources from the Institute of Imagination! As part of the new Flying Future’s programme, the iOi are sharing online videos made exclusively for the children and young people of Newham. Over half term, they can learn how to build a wind tunnel at home, tinker with digital design and explore virtual reality at home!

Easter and half-term holiday schools

During Easter and half-term breaks, we offer courses at several community centres.

And activeNewham provides a special programme of activities at our leisure centres and in our parks.

Before and after school clubs

Out of school services are for school-age children to play and learn and have fun in groups.
