Charges
If we can provide the information within 18 hours of staff time there will be no charge. Should your request be likely to take more than 18 hours of staff time, we will contact you to advise you on how to change and resubmit your request, where possible, so that some information can be given to you without exceeding the £450 limit. (18 hours is the equivalent to a total cost of £450 using the Government’s hourly rate of £25 per hour).
We will charge you for the cost of printing, photocopying and postage over £10.
