Food insecurity is an issue of great importance we are working to tackle. There are various schemes and support available for those struggling.
Newham Food Alliance
If you or someone you know is experiencing financial challenges that are preventing them from getting the food they need, then please make a referral to the Newham Food Alliance. The service provides collaboration between partners who reach thousands of residents each week with food, parcels, meals and other support.
Food Cycle
FoodCycle are a charity that tackle food poverty, food waste and loneliness. Once a week they welcome everyone to join them for a free hot meal at one of their locations. There is no need to book in advance, just turn up on the day.
