Ageing Well Communication & Information Survey - Summer 2023
Whilst co-designing the Ageing Well Strategy, many residents told us:
- they are unaware of services / support that is available
- they do not know who to contact about the services / support they want to access - and they find some of the ways of getting in touch inaccessible
- digital exclusion is a barrier to independence and engagement. For some this has worsened since the pandemic, as more services have moved online
- To better understand what information residents would like to receive or would find of interest; and how this can be promoted, we have designed a short survey.
