Out of hours support
You can contact the out of hours team if there is an emergency. An emergency is anything that cannot wait until the next day.
The emergency duty team consists of qualified and experienced:
- Social workers
- Approved Mental Health Professionals (AMPH).
- Safeguarding worker to respond to urgent safeguarding concerns.
To get in touch, please call 020 8430 2000 and a social worker will call you back as soon as possible.
They provide support if you have an emergency outside of usual office hours hours. This includes:
- Evenings
- Overnight
- Weekends
- Bank Holidays.
The team will provide emergency support to:
- Children and Families
- Anyone over the age of 18.
