CAMHS
A specialist mental health service for children and young people. Your doctor, school or school nurse can make a referral. There are lots of useful resources and workshops for families at www.elft.nhs.uk/camhs

Workshops/drop-in:
On the final Saturday of each month CAMHS offer an open drop-in for parents and carers for advice, guidance and support.

For school staff there are regular reflective spaces to explore your mental health and wellbeing and discuss scenarios you are facing.
