The Resident Challenge Board are a group of 15 tenants and leaseholders who meet monthly with Housing management representatives to receive updates on the Housing Service Improvement Programme.
The role of the board is to challenge the Council on our progress with implementing the Housing Services Improvement Programme. The Board will also carry out focused reviews of key areas of the improvement programme and assess changes being made.
We are working with tenants and leaseholders to design a new Resident Involvement Strategy that will shape how we communicate and engage with residents over the coming years.
