Overview
The Tenure Change project is helping eligible council tenants move from a non-secure tenancy to a secure council tenancy.
If you are eligible, you will receive a secure tenancy for your current home. A secure tenancy gives you greater long-term security and additional legal rights as a council tenant.
If you are eligible, the Housing team will contact you and guide you through each step of the process. They will explain what happens next, answer any questions you may have and let you know if any information is needed from you.
