Tenant Satisfaction Measures
In 2022 the Regulator of Social Housing created 22 special checks called Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) to help all housing landlords show how well they’re looking after their tenants.
To find out what residents think, 1,012 council tenants were interviewed between 17 November 2025 and 26 March 2026, using telephone and face-to-face surveys.
These results help the Council understand what’s working and what needs to improve to make housing services better for everyone.
How we performed
While there were strong improvements in many areas, we saw a fall in satisfaction scores in others. This was partly due to changes in the way feedback has been collected but we know more work needs to be done in others.

64% of council tenants who had received a repair in the last 12 months, were satisfied with the overall repairs service

93% satisfied non-emergency repairs were completed within target timescale

99% satisfied emergency repairs were completed within target timescale
