Medical care
Newham Hospital’s A&E department is now back up and running.
Services at Whipps Cross Hospital remain affected. Anyone with an appointment at Whipps Cross that has had to be changed will be contacted by one of their clinical teams.
As usual, for non-emergency but urgent medical care, please use NHS 111. It’s free and open 24/7.

Water damaged goods and rubbish collections
Water-damaged items can be taken to Jenkins Lane re-use and recycling centre – Newham Council, which is open from 7.30am – 5.45pm, Monday to Sunday.
