Search for planning enforcement cases and notices
Before you report a suspected breach of planning control, you may want to check that it hasn’t been reported already. You can check whether there is an existing case open on the enforcement public access website.
We hold a planning enforcement (Section 188) register which contains information relating to all planning enforcement notices issued within the borough. Much of the information contained therein is available on the public access website. However, should you require a digital copy of the register, please contact us on planning.enforcement@newham.gov.uk
