Deborah Heenan, Project Lead
Deborah has worked with the Council and residents over the last two years to help build consensus on the estate and understand residents’ requirements. Deborah is responsible for overseeing the wider project for the Council.

The core Carpenters Regeneration team is made up of the following four officers who are working fulltime on the project:
Joanna Hansford, Senior Regeneration Manager
Joanna’s role is to project manage the emerging proposals for the future of the Carpenters Estate. She co-ordinates the work of consultants and internal teams to ensure the project is delivered effectively and efficiently.
