Report MTCs
Newham Council has responsibility for issuing fines (Penalty Charge Notices) for moving traffic contraventions to make the roads safer and improve traffic flow in Newham.
Inform the Council of where you commonly witness PCNs and officers will annually review and assess them to select future MTCs’ locations.
If you are aware of an MTCs issue happening persistently in a specific location, please email movingtrafficcontraventions@newham.gov.uk and quote “Report MTCs” as the subject of your email.
