Direct Debit


This easy and convenient method of payment allows you to spread the cost over 12 months and choose a monthly payment date.

To set up a Direct Debit you will need your:

  • Council Tax/Business Rates reference number
  • Bank or building society name
  • Account number
  • Sort code
  • Branch address

Rent Standing Order


Another easy and convenient method that allows you to pay your rent charges weekly, fortnightly or monthly on a date that suits you.

To set up a Rent Standing Order you will need your:

  • Rent Payment Reference Number
  • Bank or Building Society name
  • Account number
  • Sort code
  • Branch address


Once completed, please print and return the completed Standing Order Mandate (Word doc.) to your Bank/Building Society.
