Central Income and Commercial Rent Payments: Including housing benefit overpayments if you have a 12 digit reference number beginning with 8M.

Fixed Penalty Notice
Housing benefit overpayments: For 8 digit reference numbers. If not use the Central Income link above.

Direct Debit

This easy and convenient method of payment allows you to spread the cost over 12 months and choose a monthly payment date.

To set up a Direct Debit you will need your:

Council Tax/Business Rates reference number
Bank or building society name
Account number
Sort code
Branch address

Rent Standing Order

Another easy and convenient method that allows you to pay your rent charges weekly, fortnightly or monthly on a date that suits you.

To set up a Rent Standing Order you will need your:

Rent Payment Reference Number
Bank or Building Society name
Account number
Sort code
Branch address

Once completed, please print and return the completed Standing Order Mandate (Word doc.) to your Bank/Building Society.
