If you are in a public place we strongly advise you make sure you are not overlooked as you enter your details to prevent them being misused by somebody else.

Make a payment

You can make the following payments online:

• Allotment Renewals *NEW*
• Fixed Penalty Notice *NEW*
• Housing benefit overpayments: For 8 digit reference numbers. If not use the Central Income link below.
• Housing rent, garage rent and leaseholder charges
• Central Income and Commercial Rent Payments: Including housing benefit overpayments if you have a 12 digit reference number beginning with 8M.
• Business rates (NNDR)
• Council Tax
• Parking penalty charge notices (parking fines)

Check your balances

• Check your Council Tax or housing rent balance online

Direct Debit

This easy and convenient method of payment allows you to spread the cost over 12 months and choose a monthly payment date.

To set up a Direct Debit you will need your:

• Council Tax/Business Rates reference number
• Bank or building society name
• Account number
• Sort code
• Branch address
