Reuse of Public Sector Information Regulations 2005
The Council may licence the re-use of information under the re-use
regulations. We are not required under the regulations to make
public sector information where we own the copy right available for
re-use; however, if we are required to consider requests for re-us
and if we do allow re-use of any of our information, this has to be
done in accordance with the Regulations

document or in association with any information signifies that the
document or information has been prepared or approved by the
council. If no logo or coat of arms is included in the document or
information it may still have been produced by the council.
