The council owns the intellectual property rights to any information produced by it, its officers or on its behalf.

Reuse of Public Sector Information Regulations 2005


The Council may licence the re-use of information under the re-use regulations. We are not required under the regulations to make public sector information where we own the copy right available for re-use; however, if we are required to consider requests for re-us and if we do allow re-use of any of our information, this has to be done in accordance with the Regulations

The council asserts its right to be identified as the author of such material, and a statement to this effect must be clearly displayed when reproducing all or any of this material.

If no logo or coat of arms is included in the document or information it may still have been produced by the council.
