Baby Feeding Cafes

Come along to one of our friendly drop ins, meet other mums and get support with breastfeeding, bottle feeding, expressing, starting solids and more.

Wednesdays 1 - 3.00pm at East Ham Library

Baby Buddy has film clips of skin to skin, first feeds, how breastfeeding works, expressing milk, feeding out and about and returning to work.  

Global Health Media has lots of helpful films including breastfeeding in the first hours.
