Make sure you renew your Blue Badge at least four weeks before it expires. It is your responsibility to provide all necessary documentation so that you can renew your Blue Badge in time.

Changing the details on your Blue Badge

If you want to inform us of any changes such as a new car registration number or if you have changed your address, you can do so by using the link below.

Replace a lost, stolen or damaged Blue Badge

Request a Blue Badge to replace one that’s been lost, stolen or damaged. You can request it for yourself or someone else.

A replacement badge is valid until the expiry date of the original badge. There may be a charge for replacing a badge.

If your badge is due to expire in less than 3 months, you need to reapply instead.

Apply to replace a lost, stolen or damaged Blue Badge

To replace the Blue Badge you’ll need:

  • Your personal details
  • Your National Insurance number, if you have one
  • The existing badge number, if you know it
  • If the badge has been stolen you will also need a crime reference number.
