The Resource Centre, Chargeable Lane
The Resource Centre is a fully accessible community facility providing a wide range of specialist day opportunities and support services for adults with learning disabilities, autism, dementia, physical disabilities and other support needs.
Our person-centred services are designed to help people develop new skills, build confidence, maintain independence and improve their health and wellbeing. We support individuals to achieve their personal goals through meaningful activities, therapeutic support, employment preparation, rehabilitation and community-based opportunities.
Whether someone is looking to develop life skills, prepare for employment, access specialist support, improve their physical wellbeing or take part in social and recreational activities, our experienced teams provide personalised support that reflects each person's needs, strengths and aspirations.
We work in partnership with individuals, families, carers and health and social care professionals to deliver inclusive services that promote choice, dignity, independence and active participation in the local community.
