What is Well Newham? 

Many of us need a little help to be healthier. For some of us, it’s about doing a bit more exercise or giving up smoking. For others, it’s about connecting with our community or getting help with things that can cause stress, like money.

Whatever it is, Well Newham is here to support you achieve your goals, in a way that works to you. Well Newham brings all this support together both online and in person to help you connect with a range of health and wellbeing services and activities in Newham.

You can visit the Well Newham website to get information about a wide range of health and wellbeing topics from registering with your local GP to managing your diabetes to financial support available. Through the website you can access our directory of services with over 370 Newham-based services. You can refer yourself to services if you’d like to, or be referred by someone who is supporting you.
