Housing Performance Accountability Group
Applications are now open to join our new Housing Performance Accountability Group (HPAG).
The Housing Performance Accountability Group is a resident-led group that provides independent oversight of Housing Services. Members review service performance, consider resident experiences, and make recommendations to help improve services for tenants and leaseholders across the borough.
Why get involved?
Joining HPAG is an opportunity to:
- Help shape the future of Housing Services.
- Ensure resident voices influence service improvements.
- Review how services are performing.
- Work with Council officers to improve outcomes for residents.
- Make a real difference in your community.
No previous experience is required. We're looking for residents who are interested in improving housing services and representing the views of their communities.
Who can apply?
We welcome applications from Newham council tenants and leaseholders from all backgrounds.
We are committed to building a group that reflects the diversity of our borough and encourage applications from residents of all ages, backgrounds and experiences.
