Housing Performance Accountability Group
The HPAG (Housing Performance Accountability Group) is a group for Newham tenants and leaseholders. It gives residents the chance to review housing services, look at performance information, and hold the council to account. Members can raise concerns about poor performance and help improve housing services across Newham.
This group will set its own agenda and scrutinise the Council’s ongoing Housing performance and activities.
Additional members may be recruited from time to time. This is a closed group and only members can attend meetings.
