Leaseholder Engagement Forum

The Leasehold Engagement Forum will be a group of up to 15 council leaseholders who meet regularly with Housing representatives to help shape the leasehold service.

The role of the forum is to review leasehold related matters and challenge the council on its service.

By joining the forum, you can:

  • Influence real change in the delivery of leasehold services
  • Review value for money
  • Ensure the Leasehold Service meets the needs of leaseholders
  • Work alongside other committed leaseholders who share a passion for improving services
  • Develop valuable skills in communication, problem solving and teamwork

What’s involved?

Members will commit to around 5 hours per quarter, which includes

  • A quarterly meeting – either online or in person
  • Periodic surgeries with senior council staff
  • Targeted consultations and leaseholder events

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to take part in an interview process.
