What is a Diverse Needs Strategy?
A strategy is a plan that explains what you want to achieve, why it matters, and how you will get there over a period of time.
This strategy sets out our plans for a fairer housing service for our tenants who face barriers linked to a disability, health, or other individual circumstances. It includes details of how we will adapt our services to make them more accessible, easier to request and simpler to use. It also shows how we will use improved data to help understand what our tenants need.
