Newham Council, along with the National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA), hosts regular Landlord Forums to share updates, provide guidance and hear directly from landlords and property licence holders.
The forums cover topics relevant to the private rented sector, including property licensing, housing standards, fire safety, energy efficiency and regulatory changes.
