Property Licensing: Digital Correspondence Project

As part of improving our service and engagement with Property Licensing landlords across Newham, we are in the process of reviewing our methods of communication and would like to move to more digital ways of working, in the future.

Currently, to apply and pay for a Property Licence, we ask our applicants to provide us with an email address and a mobile number for contact purposes.

We would like to make better use of these details, so rather than printing and posting your letters, licenses and notices, we will be providing these documents to you electronically via PDF, and email.

This summer, we will be setting up a pilot project, to capture your thoughts and preferences for correspondence and communication updates, for inclusion to our digital working project goals.
