Car park season tickets
Car park season tickets are available to buy in six council car parks in Newham.
You can purchase a season ticket using PayByPhone for:
- Madge Gill Way Car Park (Location number - 88857)
- Queens Market Car Park (Location number - 88858)
- Shaftsbury Road Car Park (Location number - 88859)
- 8 Old Town Hall Stratford Car Park (Location number - 88900)
- Will Thorne Pavilion Car Park (Location number 88880)
- Market Place Car Park (Location number 809344)
You can purchase a season ticket ONLY at the car park for:
- Stratford multi storey (at the management office on level 2, between 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday)

You will need to:
- Register or log in to the PayByPhone app or website.
- Enter the location number of the car park you wish to park in.
- Enter payment details.
- The confirmation of parking season ticket is shown on the app or website (you need to be logged in to view this), you will also receive an email.
Season ticket terms and conditions
Season tickets are only valid in the car park stated.
A season ticket does not guarantee a parking place.
We do not accept liability for any loss or damage incurred while your vehicle is parked in a car park.
You are responsible for renewing your season ticket.
Any vehicle breaching a parking or driving rule or parked without a valid permit, may receive a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) and possibly be towed.
