The vehicle may be registered with the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA) at your address.
What you need to do:
1. Contact the DVLA to request a letter or email confirming that the vehicle is not registered to your address.
Send a letter to:

2. Once you have receive a response from the DVLA confirming the vehicle is not registered to your address, submit a PCN enquiry and upload the DVLA's response as evidence.
You will need:
- PCN number
- vehicle registration (number plate)
- email or letter from the DVLA that confirms the vehicle is not registered to your address (this will be used to carry out further checks to verify the information you provide)
- any relevant documents (if applicable)
