Using bins or bags
General waste bins
If you have off-street storage space, we strongly recommend you use one of our waste bins.
They are by far the best way to have your waste collected. They come in various sizes depending on how much waste you produce.

Using bags only
Pre-paid bags are ideal for businesses that have nowhere to store a bin or produce small amounts of waste. Our bags are pre-paid which means you only pay for what you need.
The price includes delivery, collection and disposal of the bags and a waste transfer note. We accept payment by credit or debit card. To order bags please call our customer service centre on 0203 373 8666 or email env-commercial.waste@newham.gov.uk
There is a minimum purchase of one batch.
If you live on a street with a timed collection, you will have an allocated time slot to put your rubbish out. You can check your time slot here.
Mixed recycling service
We also provide a mixed recycling service for businesses in Newham. We can collect cardboard/paper, food tins, drinks cans, glass bottles, jars and plastic bottles.
All this can be stored in the same container, it is then sorted at a materials recovery facility. We offer various size containers depending on your business needs.
