​Dominos ​​Saturday, 2.30-7pm​ ​Love a great game of dominos? Come and learn or improve your playing for free with Beckton Community Dominos. Open for those from 12 to over 60’s.​
​English class: Life in the UK B1 and B2 ESOL classes ​Tuesday, 10am  - 12 midday ​​​English and citizenship classes for speakers of other languages aged 16 or over. You must complete an entry form before starting the course. Speak to library staff for more information.
​Forever young ​Wednesday, 11am - 1pm​ ​Social club for people over 50. Enjoy music, gentle exercises and socialise over a cup of tea. Free.
​Get Connected Online Thursday, 1.30 - 2.30pm ​Local residents are required to bring their own tablets/devises and use the library WiFi to access 'the Learn my website'. Free drop in sessions.
​Knit and natter ​Monday, 11am - 12.30pm ​​​Craft group for men and women of all ages and abilities.
​​Inclusive yoga ​Thursday, 11am - 12.30pm ​Yoga in chairs or on floor mats to help your mental and physical wellbeing. Suitable and open to all including people with sensory or support needs. Mats and blocks provided, but wear comfortable stretchy clothing. Arrive early to discuss your needs with the tutor. Age from 16 – over 60’s
​Martial arts ​Thursday, 6 - 7pm ​​Martial arts for adults. Booking required, enquire in Beckton Globe. £5 per class.
​Pilates ​​Tuesday, 6.30pm ​​Low impact gentle stretching, balance exercises and good for core strength. No booking required but advised to bring your own mat. Open to all adults, everyone welcome to come and try a session. Free and upstairs in Beckton Globe library.
