Youth Empowerment Service Offer (PDF)
This Offer sets out our collective ambition to make Newham the best place for children and young people to grow up. It reflects the significant progress we have made in recent years, alongside a clear and focused vision for the future - one that strengthens our universal offer, deepens partnership working, and places youth voice at the centre of everything we do.
At its core, the Offer is about impact. It outlines six key priorities that will guide our work over the next five years:
