Family Hubs offer a wide range of services through key areas of support, including parenting, health, learning, and well-being. These areas work together to provide early help, ensuring families receive the right support at the right time. Our timetables show the activities available at each hub, making it easy to find what you need. Holiday Closure and Limited Service Notice
Our service will close on Wednesday, 24 December 2025 at 12:00 PM and will reopen on Friday, 2 January 2026 with a limited service. Please note that the following settings will remain closed, and Family Navigators will not be able to attend:
- Kay Rowe Children’s Centre (Family Hub)
- Sheringham Children’s Centre (Family Hub)
- Renewal Programme
On Friday, 2 January 2026, Family Navigators will be available at the following locations:
- Stratford Library: 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM
- East Ham Library: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
