Income Collection
There will be no services from income collection teams over the holiday period. We will resume services again from Friday 2 January 2026 when a member of the team can reach out.
Residents/ leaseholders can email our inboxes and we will respond on our return. More information can be found on our website on how to pay.

If your email is in regards to a Leaseholder account please contact RS-IncomeCollection@newham.gov.uk.
*Please also note that there will be no income collection services on Thursday 18 December 2025 due to staff training. The full team will be away and return on Friday 19 December 2025.
