Carers Rights Day 2025
Carers Rights Day is an annual UK campaign, taking place on Thursday 20 November, to raise awareness of the legal rights of unpaid carers and help them access the support available.
This year the theme is "Know your rights, use your rights". The day aims to inform carers about their entitlements regarding issues like employment rights, getting a Carer’s Assessment, and being involved in hospital discharges.
Newham Carers Community are hosting a free event for carers on Thursday 20 November.
