Newham residents aged 60 or over. This is because it can be harder for people aged 60 and over to get enough vitamin D.
Why is the council running this offer?
To help residents stay healthy.
How long is this offer for?
Due to the success of the pilot (Oct 2021-Apr 2022), we are extending this offer indefinitely.
Where else can I get supplements?
You can buy vitamin D supplements in pharmacies, large supermarkets and online. Doctors do not prescribe this type of vitamin D supplement.
