As a council leaseholder you are responsible for the repair and maintenance of everything inside your home, while we are responsible for the structure, exterior and communal parts of the building, including:

A lift
Communal television aerial
Door entry system
Electronic barriers and gates
Guttering
Broken main entrance door of a block.
