Emergencies with gas, electric and water
Gas leak
If you suspect a gas leak, call the National Gas Emergency Line on 0800 111 999.
Electricity power cut
If your electricity goes off, call your electricity supplier. Make sure you have your electricity meter number ready.
If you do not know your supplier, call EDF freephone 0800 028 0247. They can help you find out who your supplier is.
Water problems
If you have a serious water leak or flooding, call the London Fire Brigade on 999.
If your water supply is cut off, call Thames Water on 0845 9200 800. Have your water meter number ready.
